Orders are usually dispatched within 24 hours.
Orders are NOT processed on Saturdays or Sundays, orders placed after 3pm Friday will be processed the next working day.

We aim to deliver your purchase within 2-6 days after receiving your order confirmation.

If you are a local customer you are now able to pickup your order from our UK warehouse.
Once placing an order you will receive an email from us letting you know when your order is ready for collection. We aim to have your order ready within 24 hours (subject to stock availability)

Please note this service is for collection only and you will not be able to try your order on in the warehouse and exchange at the point of collection. You will need to take your order home with you and should you wish to return or exchange it you must use our online portal.
We have opened this option up for collection only. We do not accept return at this address, you must use our online portal to process your return or exchange.

Delivery Time frames
Orders are dispatched within 1-2 working days. Because delivery time frames vary, a more accurate estimate will be provided during checkout.
What are the international shipping rates?
International shipping rates are determined during checkout by Global-E and are calculated based on a number of factors, including:
- Desired shipping level (standard/express)
- Local Duties and Taxes
- Weight of package
- Destination location/region

All orders are subject to stock availability and initial security checks.
At our discretion, we may ask that extra postage be paid if a large number of items are ordered or you live in a remote area. We may also remove shoes from their boxes and wrap them to reduce the size and weight of the parcel.
You may be charged handling fees and taxes as your order passes through customs. Any charges are to be paid by the person receiving the parcel. We have no control over these charges and we can't tell you what the charge would be as customs policies differ from country to country. We would strongly recommend contacting your local customs office before you order.
If you have any problems with your order not arriving or arriving late, please contact us as soon as possible. Any missing order queries raised with us 28 days after the order has been sent may result in no further action being taken. This is reflective of the policies of Evri and Royal Mail and their claims processes.
If your order arrives and you think the parcel has been tampered with, is damaged or there are items missing, please contact us, straight away and make sure you keep your packaging and delivery note until the issue is resolved.
